Candice Cage
CO-FOUNDER | CEO
Candice brings over 20 years of experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer. As Director of Corporate Applications for a Fortune 500 company, she led the firm’s OneStream implementation, which earned her Ventana Research’s “Digital Leadership in the Office of Finance” Award for leveraging the platform to streamline consolidation and reporting.
Before founding Anchora, Candice worked with several OneStream partners, developing Lead Consultant skills in Consolidations, Planning & Forecasting, Account Reconciliations, People Planning, complex business and confirmation rules, and BI Blend. She is a graduate of Wellesley College.
Agnes Engmann
CO-FOUNDER | CFO
Agnes has built a career spanning over 20 years of financial consulting experience across the technology, software, consumer products, and biotechnology industries. She previously served as Managing Director at CFGI, advising clients on the adoption and application of ASC 842 lease and ASC 606 revenue standards. She began her career at E&Y and later served as a Senior Financial Analyst at McNeil Nutritionals, overseeing marketing budgets for three brands.
Agnes holds a BS in Computer Science from Wellesley College and an MS in Accounting from Boston College. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania (inactive).
Dawn Winkler
CO-FOUNDER | DIRECTOR, MARKETING AND SALES
Dawn brings a distinctive blend of finance, sales, marketing, and international experience to Anchora. She began her career at GMAC (Ally Financial) as a Financial Analyst in Risk Management before transitioning to financial services sales with Wedbush’s Clearing and Execution Services team. Her career later expanded into education, entertainment, and nonprofit marketing. While overseas, she developed and executed successful grassroots multimedia campaigns for an entity funded by TotalEnergies.
Dawn earned a B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College and pursued global marketing coursework while earning an M.F.A. from UCLA.
Yoan Anguilet
CTO | CHIEF DATA SCIENTIST
Yoan Anguilet serves as Chief Technology Officer at Anchora, bringing extensive experience in data analytics, engineering, system development, and education to drive innovation in financial processes and technology. He also serves as Director of Technology and Analytics at Slingshot Memphis, where he develops data-driven methodologies and systems to measure social return on investment for poverty reduction programs.
Yoan holds degrees from MIT in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, an M. Ed. from Harvard, and an MBA from Yale. His career includes work with the World Bank and founding a nonprofit in Africa.
